Joyful Assembly is about worship. Each glass element is unique, some yielding, some strong and tall. It takes all that I’ve learned about this amazing material - how it moves, how it carries colour, how it reflects light - and expresses my sense of wonder and joy as a human born to worship the divine.
The Faith Museum, Bishop Auckland Co Durham (@theaucklandproject), acquired Joyful Assembly, a vibrant glass installation by artist Rachael Woodman, for its permanent collection in October 2025.
